Biography
Khyati Y. Mehta, Ph.D., is an Intramural Research Training Award postdoctoral fellow in the Informatics Core within NCATS’ Division of Preclinical Innovation. She helps develop advanced software for multi-omics analyses. She also works with external partners to analyze metabolomics data to identify viral biomarkers.
Prior to joining NCATS, Mehta received her doctorate in biomedical informatics from the University of Cincinnati and conducted research at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. During that time, she developed tools to analyze multibatched metabolomics and lipidomics data.
Research Topics
Mehta’s primary research interests are in developing robust tools that allow researchers to conduct reproducible analyses of complex metabolomics and multi-omics data.
