Biography
Stephanie Ezequiel is a staff assistant in the Office of the Director within NCATS’ Division of Clinical Innovation (DCI), where she provides administrative support to DCI leadership. Additionally, she is the executive secretary of the CTSA Steering Committee for which she coordinates various tasks and administrative projects within DCI in support of the Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) Program.
Prior to joining NCATS in November 2021, Ezequiel worked for the City of Rockville as an assistant supervisor overseeing and operating a community center and running its outreach and community events, as well as developing and growing after-school programs for elementary schools within the City of Rockville.
Ezequiel earned both her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and her Master of Professional Sciences in industrial and organization psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she completed a capstone project reorganizing the onboarding and training of seasonal workers to improve staff retention.
Professional Interests
Ezequiel is motivated to work at NCATS and be part of cutting-edge research and innovation. She is interested in process improvement and organizational efficiency and development to help make systems and platforms more effective.
